ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON YOGA

Sewa Devi S.D. College of Education, Sarhali Road, Tarn Taran, organized One day yoga workshop on April 15, 2017. The students actively participated in workshop. The yoga expert Ms. Ruby while addressing the students focused to inculcate yoga in daily life and compares yoga as “FUTURE INVESTMENT PLAN”. She discussed the benefits of yoga with faculty members and students. Also, she conducted different exercises related to yoga with students.
